Google tightens Play Store rules to stop Android app subscription scams
Google has announced a series of new policies to make Android’s in-app subscriptions more transparent to users. Google, Apple to create contact tracking technology to fight spread of coronavirus

Google expands AI calling service Duplex to Australia, Canada, and the UK
Google’s automated, artificial intelligence-powered calling service Duplex is now available in more countries, according to a Google Support Page. In addition to the US and New Zealand, Duplex is now available in Australia, Canada, and the UK, reports VentureBeat, which discovered newly added phone numbers on the support page that Google says it will use when calling via Duplex from a distinct country.
IIT Roorkee Develops Mobile App to Locate Coronavirus Suspects
Prof. Kamal Jain of Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Roorkee, has developed a tracking mobile application.
“The tracking system allows for state-of-the-art surveillance during COVID-19. Besides facilitating quarantine management, it helps to overcome overcrowding at any location by issuing an alert to the predefined agency,” said Prof Jain.
